Time to Shut Down MGR web site

Had one hell of a Laugh last night, while you lot where blowing your Tops at me i nipped Down to the MG web site. My Mission to see what MGR problem in sales is.

Now as most of you are aware i er "Lost" my Honda Honda CTR rather suddenly last year. So I have brought 2 new cars in the last 2 years or so, thus i can tell you the first thing you do when decideing what to buy is look at List Price.

So I looked up the VRS Skoda........£14,350 ish........remember this car can be re-mapped to 230 BHP no trouble. Than looked at MGR, a ZS in Peal Black came to £19,000 + !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think they should close the site down, i mean more people are likely go come into (the few remaining) dealerships to see the price and the sale chap can grap them then and "Haggle" them the real price.

Oh I see MGR have got a new Coms director, Hmmmmmmm The Bulsh*t begins. I see lots of "Jam tomorrow" and "Blakes 7" style plastic models of "What just around the conner"..............total Bull!

Xmas can't come fast enough!

Come on Mega (or should it be Mini?) - if you REALLY believe what you say, front up for that bet!

Failure to do so will be taken as insecurity on you part - and will be assumed to be because you don't ACTUALLY BELIEVE what you say!

I'm skint - but I'll give you a tenner on the bet if you like!

OK - I know I said ignore him, the the chance to win a tenner is too tempting.

The Skoda is a 1.8 engine to get a ZS anywhere near 19k youve got to stick a 2.5 V6 in it. Do that and stick a few options on it (electric pack etc) and its all too easy to get it upto 19k. I'm currently looking at a few Rover 75's, and even looked at an MG ZT (diesel). Having looked at both the ZR and ZS, my opinion is theyre both a waste of time, and the only car MGR produce worth considering are the 75 based ones.

Comparing the ZS to a Skoda Octavia though, jesus i couldnt live with the looks of the Skoda. It would have to be made of solid gold to make me even consider one.

What on earth does any of this mean?

I know he's a scoucer but he seems to have invented a new language.
