Have any new mobile phone masts been erected in your area? These are a know cause of what you describe.

 

not that I know of, although I live opposite a fire/ambulance station. Just been reading up bout TETRA and that could cause it. Certainly hope thats not the reason. If so might have to get in touch with ofcom

 

Something odd just lately have seen a few posts recently encountering the same problem as you. Usually in places where people have not had problems before.

I have a similar problem round at one friends house. I either have to be right next to the car to use the fob or I have to unlock manually. Never have any problems anywhere else!
