Dave, just to be a pain in the arse, have you remembered to put me a lovely new 52mm trophy throttle body in your boot (of your car, not the one on your foot!). I've printed out Steve Taylor's guide on fitting them and all I need is the inclination to fit it!!! Should be ok to fit tomorrow with Steves watchful eye over my shoulder!! :D

I've just fitted one to my 84ps 1.4 25 along with a new throttle cable. Took approx 30 mins and the difference is amazing. I can't thank the people in these forums enough for giving me the technical knowhow and courage to rip apart my 2 week old car. As for the Zed, I won't be modifying that just yet.

Yep! I remembered! LOL!

I hope Nick [zs_180_warp] brings his ace toolkit along, too! ;) [hint!]

Might be an idea to throw together some tools if you can, I don't have many......
:D excellent!! Yeah just got to hope Nick reads this tonight!! Otherwise I'm gonna struggle to get anything together for tomorrow as I don't really have any tools!! I'm so ashamed!!

Think I might start a thread asking for people to bring tools of all shapes and sizes tomorrow!! I think I may need them!! Maybe Steve Taylor can bring his!! After all he's already done it so he must have them!! :D

Nick always carries his toolkit - work toolkit so he tells me ;)

Stickers - we have a problem......

What I'll need to do is take names & addresses and get 'em out next week.

If only you could see what work is invloved in making them, you'd see where I am coming from

the problem is that if you leave off the www bit and people see 'mg-rover.org' it doesn't look like a website address, the .org domain extension isn't really a well known one, sure if it was mg-rover.com then it wouldn't be a problem, IMO they need the www bit on them to make sense as a website URL.
