Just wonder if any if you 75 owners would kind enough to measure the size of the boot in length (from upright seatback)width and depth. need a bigger car now as i need to carry a mobility scooetr plus a weeks worth of lauggege when i go on holiday later in the year. My poor old little Mazda 323 has now got to small for these needs although love it to bits. A 75 or ZT would also bring me back to my rover roots.

Thanking you in advance.

Tourer load space measurements

Hi,

I've just been out to measure mine.

Floor rear carpet-edge to seat back - 1050mm

Between wheel arches - floor level - 970mm

Central height clearance of tailgate opening - carpet to rooflining -670mm

Effective width across roof opening - 870mm

Flat floor (spare wheel cover 'door') width 850mm

The main restriction is the effective height of the tailgate opening.

Hope these meet your load requirements.

A cracking car to get back into Julian buddy. I love my tourer, amazing what you can get in the boot even with the seats up, but for putting the seats down when required it's bonkers, I actually managed to get a 2m x 1m stage deck in my car once with the tailgate shut lol

Tourer load space

....and I bought my tourer mainly because you can slide a 6' x 3' folding tables straigt in (which my wife used for her business) which you couldn't do with a Merc C series or a BMW 3 series (too narrow between the wheel arches)

Recently loaded up with gear for a move - was amazed at how much they can hold. Had a 42inch tv, Roland digital piano, huge circular glass dining table, 2 Billy bookcases, tons of boxes with glasses, baby gear etc in main boot, 2 bikes on back and 426 litre roof bag full of soft furnishings on the roof. When I had to unload at the other end it was hard to believe it all went it in there was so much of it.
