Not of the trouser variety! I wonder if anybody else finds that their MGF is very heavily affected by gusts of wind? Was travelling home from Birmingham last night and getting pushed over quite a bit by the gusts of wind coming across the road every now and again, had to keep two hands on the steering wheel most of the time!

Strange - I was really impressed with how much better my TF felt in 45 degree xwinds than my F ever did. The increased front valance seemed to make a real difference and the wheel/tyre combination seemed to work with the suspension and quicker rack.

On the F I had been about to start the search for a splitter or airdam.
Two long runs up the Rhone valley (almost always windy) in the TF were far more relaxed than the previous trips in the F. 15" wheels, Contis, handbook pressures for the first year and 15" TOYOs at handbook pressures the 2nd time.

I tested this not so long ago, I'm a little mad though. Severn bridge in very windy conditions, so windy the old bridge was closed, i was travelling (ummm) at a figure i can not disclose as i would be told off. I felt i had to keep both hands on the wheel and i was a little worried with a car so light but if i am truthful it wasn't too bad, i have felt worse usually on cars that aren't as low as my TF.
