Will 1/2'' make a diiference ?

Hey again all , just another quick question,will it make a big difference if i change my front speakers from 6.5'' to just 6'' ? am filtering out all the low bass etc so as not to damage them,but will it actually change anything sound-wise ? due to the slightly smaller diametre ,cheers,Dennis

Shouldn't make to much difference, in theory you might loose a bit of mid bass, but you'd wouldn't really be able to tell. A lot of it's down to the actual speaker as well.

My fronts are 6" too

In terms of Acoustics the change in size would be imperceptible...but the change in qualities of the speaker probably won't be.
