V6 p0172 fault with misfire

Hi my 190 v6 has Misfire p0172 fault code. Can anyone educate me on which bank is bank 1. Nearest front of car or the dreaded rear bank towards the driver ?

Please forgive my ignorance.

Hope to hear from one of you. I have bought 3 iridium spark plugs (Its LPG converted) so intend to do a bank at a time. These plugs are expensive.

Replaced 3 spark plugs in bank 1 and cylinder 1 coil pack. Problem appears to be solved. Will get a couple more coil packs to keep in the parts dept and 3 more iridium spark plugs to do bank 2. Not looking forward to that job, it appears to be a bit of a bugger.
