What is the max Ps (or HP) and Torque a rover 75 CDT or MG ZT CDTi cna be tuned using either a box or ECU tuning? I have found one dealer that claims to tune to 170 HP and 330 Nm via an ECU upgrade. Is this possible, and is this safe?

If so...there is a bloke I have seen on other forums that has a tuning box and claims 195hp out of the 2 litre turbo diesel.
I don't know how reliable the car or the claim is but he has many stories of beating many cars that you would think would be quicker.
He does seem to know his stuff when it comes to cars though.
