Surely a car of a metro size running that amount to the wheels would have problems?

Mind you, an Audi A3 has no issues, so forget what i just said.

 

Me mate at college just got himself an Audi S3 running 260 BHP. My god its quick!!!

 

I was at work, and walking to go to the local town, and an audi went past, it was an A3, not sure if it was an S3, but he floored it and he was gone, my jaw dropped, seemed very quick i must say.

I hear Ian Parkes and Reyland motorsport are preparing a k series turbo 100.

Mind you they are not using uprated components, so they are limited power wise..

So Drew looks like I might be up against you then if you get it done in time for TOTB. My engines already built,as the engine in the zs at the moment was always destined to be put in a 100. Our 350bhp k will be installed in the zs shortly..Then our 270bhp 100 will be born...Beware civic turbo boys... The k series is coming to get you...lol

 

yeah it is a 1600. hopefully it will be a good comparison against the crx's.

i do have the engine built at last, just getting the turbo on and the subframe back in at the mo. still want to do some suspension work, but that may have to wait for a while.

Well done George, but you have made more out of a KV6 without NOS . Were those figures at PTS, or another RR mate.

They were at PTS.

we went to g force the other day,and the @wheels figs were within 1bhp so pts pretty accurate.

I know that your kv6 we did produced more @wheels,but then it wasnt in a car that originally had the kv6.

 

RSM got any plans for diesel mods?? Like maybe a 2 litre Turbo-Diesel Rover engine in a metro :naughty:
