ive blagged a free mechanic for tomorrow to sort it out properly, no doubt ive balls'd something up but im clueless to see where ive gone wrong, the cams are on right, the belts sweet, the plugs and leads are secure, ive took note and checked the inertia cut off button/switch and thats ok, theres fuel getting through to the pistons, ive took plugs out to test theyre sparking and theyre fine, even my mates confused over the problem.

my version of ROVER = rover owner very off rovers!!!! by weekend i shall no longer be a rover owner, ive had 4 rovers in my time of driving, the first (old shape 214) was wrote off by a pensioners mobility bus, the second (old shape 420sli) wolf in sheeps clothing) that packed up on me when i was doing a fair wack down rainford bypass running late for work (engine decided to give up for no reason) spent hundreds trying repair it, i had 3 diagnostic tests done, nothing came up on two of them, the third showed a temp sensor failure on the thermo housing, replaced that but no joy, that eventually got scrapped. the third rover was my gorgeous 216 cabby, spent wage pack on wage pack kitting it out, that got knackered by my carelessness flying round a corner and hit a patch of slippy mud and slid sideways into a kerb full wack and bent the rear driverside lower arm and all the chassis mangled, its was going to cost well over what i could afford so that got sold on. and now ive got my little 200 bubble that just wants to wind me up constantly, problem after problem. i dont mind spending money on repairs but whren it gets to a stage where your paying well over the cars value its time to change.
