Horn permanently on

My MG TF horn is permanently on. Taking the fuse in and out operates the relay indicating the relay is probably serviceable. Disconnecting both steering wheel horn switches does not stop the horn operating indicating the earth to the horn relay is coming from somewhere else. I suspect the alarm ECU is generating a permanent earth but I'd like to locate the 808 header joint to isolate the alarm purple/black wire. Does anyone know exactly where this header joint is in the car? It may be easier disconnecting the alarm ECU but I can't find that - any ideas to it's location as well. Thanks.

The problem is probably in your BCU unit itself, containing relay for horn. It can be problem of relay itself, or electronic driving it.

Circuit failures 1....

Circuits that cannot be switched off ie. horn or foglamps will not switch off, is caused by an electronic fault that keeps the relevant relay switched on constantly
See here: http://forums.mg-rover.org/showthread.php?t=384938 This is repairable, but you have to take out BCU unit. You can see in the same thread where it is.
