Thanks for pointing out these errors Ron. Unfortunately that is how MG Rover supplied the specs via their press site. Sometimes I'm alert enough to catch such elementary mistakes, other times unfortunately I don't. On the next database update (anything from days to weeks, no fixed schedule) the figures will be correct.Rover_ron said:
Being one of those that are privileged to view the press site, this is simply not MG Rover's error. The last update of the information was May 2004 and it comes down to the site in question not updating it's information regularly enough.zak said:
Fine, believe what you like. All I am saying is that that is how MGR had it in their spec sheets when I, the "lazy" individual in question, captured the info. Sometimes I manage to catch these errors before publication, sometimes not. Regardless of whether you believe me or not (and yes, I did actually save the specs as supplied so I did check) the error will be fixed. Thanks again for bringing it to my attention.
