Same here friend. My 04 plate diesel has a different fuse box from the Haynes manual as well.

Hopefully, someone with knowledge is out there as to why!

 

Fuse box

My fuse box is also different to the Haynes but, if you look underneath the panel which you drop to access the fuse box you should find the layout printed there.

That's not the case for my 54 plate V8 Contemporary, however I have got it in my handbook.
