Hi,

My engine vibrates.

I took off the inspection cover and saw there is forward and backwards motion when accelerating. Even during idle its visible.

Its vibrating on the bracket in this photo - either the bolts are loose (tried to tighten but wouldnt go any tighter) or the bush is worn.

So I've just ordered replacement bolts and bush from Rimmers and intend to try and replace this weekend.

I noticed that the one on the left has a nut that is welded on, so I will need to try and access the bolt from the inside (facing the o/s panel).

Are there any tips for this job?

Has anyone done the same thing?

Im having real trouble with this.

Been able to undo the bolt nearest the cabin. Thats now loose but is back on its thread so I can get leverage on it.

I cant seem to undo the one nearest the boot. No matter how much heat, how much plusgas and how much pressure it just wont budge!

Real, real pain in the arse. I cant get good leverage on it so am just using my ratchet, bolt head isnt stripping but my god it aint budging.

Its also a smaller size than the other one which is wierd.

Try a rattle gun to shock it loose.
