Not 100% sure, but I think it's 52mm throttle body , alloy inlet manifold MEMS version and possibly the airbox changed (I know they changed it between mk1 & mk2 Fs, not sure if it was changed further for the TF).

That's all I can think of off the top of my head, but hey I've got an F so I'm guessing really!

As already said batter induction (air box and TB) very different cams and a matching fuel map - the main difference is the way it drives.
