The jerky ness will just be natruall wear. mine does it too.
Is the vibrating on the clutch pedal? My brothers does that...

Clutch release bearing breaking up.

 

That did cross my mind as mine rattles but only when you take your foot off the clutch. When you press the pedal it goes away lol

 

is that easy job to swap/fix???

I wouldn't say the clutch release bearing will be easy. It means taking gearbox off, driveshafts out, trackrod ends/ball joints split and i think you have to drop the engine a bit...
There is limited space as well...

Dont think so mate, it will just get louder and louder until it gives up but you should be ok for a few more months

 

Wow man a BIG job! probably near the 300 quid mark for labour!, i just paid 130 for a gearbox install and that was just a straight swap. Plus oil of course. Get rid of it quick!
