Absolutely. Good photos showing assembly detail are always interesting to see.

 

Agreed - did something similar with my F following an accident in 2003 but my site only details the steps required for the repair (no engine work in my case) - your's sounds like it's more comprehensive and therefore would be very welcome indeed.

That would be sweet, as it is a way to get to know the inside of you car without actually having to do a demolition job.

Steve that would be great, thats what i was hoping for as i have no website building skills lol

The subject car has many little faults that will probably be relevant to most mgf owners so should make interesting reading, got a couple of cars to finish work on before i can start but should hopefully be a month or so, maybe sooner, as i can work on this and one of the other cars at the same time (girlfriends mini rebuild)

Projects are always fun to read... especially if you drop in rather late, so you could start reading for a few hours in see the end result the same day.

pls. no telephone pics as they are useless for car projects (too less light, too less detail, etc...)

As a mechanical buffoon, I would love to learn by someone elses example rather than by my own mistakes, so the more information the better. No one should assume that all members of the forum have the same mechanical knowledge.

The more of these type of posts the better.

The roof job detailed recently and the switch stuff as well all help inform me and give me confidence.

So go for it.
