Hehe thanks... one prob im having is that i cant get the darn spark plugs out... Ive got two different 16mm tools and neither fit in the hole!.... any suggestions?

The other is how do i turn turn the flywheel to line the timing up... Im a bit worried about taking the engine mount off and resting the engine on a jack as i only have the scissor ones that come with the spare wheel. but ive been told thats the only way to do it (because i cant see any timing marks above the flywheel...

Cheers,
Matt

i would offer to help, but i am not up to speed with those funny high reving little things you lot have under your bonnets..... and my trolley jack and stands are at the folks place still - can't wait til i move....

As above tho a sparkplug socket is prob what you need and you can get cheapish trolley jacks from halfrauds or better built ones from machine mart....

Good luck with it though!

Still stuck unfortunatly... Tim was unable to make it as he himself is having trouble with his own car... and yes the weather isnt helping although the car is jacked up in the garage...

Im deciding what to do with the car now as its not something im able to do on my own as my car knowlege just isnt good enough, so trying to find someone that will help for beer tokens/bacon sandwiches/tea/coffee..:dddc:

Failing that i might just sell/scrap as it is...:(

Cheers,
Matt
