Boot problem..

When i open the boot via holding down the fob, the boot clicks to open then it sounds like it cant open it so it tries about 3 more times until it gives up. Makes an odd noise. However if i hold the button down and put my hand on the boot to lift it up it opens fine. It doesnt do this all the time, its getting worse tho.
Also notice a sound like a nut or bolt loose in the top of the boot round the lip spolier area if i open the boot fast.
Any ideas anyone.

Mine did this last winter particularly in freezing temperatures. It sounds like a gun going rat-tat-tat, however it's easily solved.

On the inside boot lid you'll see 2 rubber nozzle stud things - 1 at each side. Turn them about a quarter or maybe half turn so they come out more - it may take a few adjustments of the nozzles to get it perfect as it did with me as my boot wouldn't shut at first as I had screwed them too far out.
