you sure your going to be able to replace just a stud? would of been easier to replace the hub lol

Id smash my alloy around the stud and cut it off, get a new stud and a new wheel, job done!

Ordered 4 new nuts so i have 3 spare in the boot with caps and the key

Going to see if i can drill the nuts out. not sure what the harrisoons method is though

tbh any rim stuck to the drum has always come off with a few mins.

remove wheelnuts
spray wd40 between alloy and drum
make a cup of tea
kick the tyre 3 times to the side and 1 to the bottom, watch your shins.


if it still doesnt work. repeat as necssary.

I sure he meant one wheel nut is just spinning and won't come off? So the wheel is stuck on..

 

Can you not get mole grips or anything on the back to stop the stud spinning? Or a clamp to apply pressure to try stop it spinning? And then use an air gun or something to shock the nut loose from the stud?

 

just chisel the nut off mate does the job perfectly

Use a hand grinder, cut straight into the stud chopping the nut in half, and split the nut & stud at the same time
