Andy i can trim the price down a little if it helps? but cant take too much off ;)

the janspeed is for the 1.4, if its the same size/style as the metro one, it was found to be restrictive at 180+bhp. so might not be worth it on a 160.

Piper are supposedly making one as well, but not heard of them finishing it yet.

The 4-2-1 system exhaust comes direct from janspeed.
im just waiting on the sports cat as there has been a big delay, and the system will be fitted as a 1.
Includes manifold, sports cat, and exhaust (2x3in).
Should be good for around 10bhp and 5lbft of torque, maybe more.
With the cost of around 750-800 inc vat and fitment, its quite expensive.

Drew.....the next thing on my modification list is a 4-2-1 manifold....pm me with a price and I'll get it paid up and fitted! I've been after a 4-2-1- manifold for quite some time, and although I don't want to sound like some kind of oddball, I don't want to go for a 'mass marketed' manifold....I assume yours is a custom made manifold.... :)

Twin 3 inch pipes, probably the best for gaining power.

Could of went for a 4.5 inch exit, looks good, sounds good, but probably lose the power not gain it.
Considering the actual system is no more than 2.5" bore it wont make ANY difference what the tailpipe design is.

Drew probably actually wanted to know the diamter of the downpipe once the primaries have collected

its a mass market manifold at the mo mate, can do something special but one off specials arnt in the same price band.

i can hassle Piper to finish theirs, that should be very nice, or i could get one made specifically for yours?

yeah sorry i meant the end of the manifold/cat/exhaust bore. not just the tailpipe.

No probs mate....I don't have a problem with paying over the odds to get a custom made one done....I was thinking in the ÂŁ300 to ÂŁ400 bracket, would that be about right for a custom made one or am I going to need to put ÂŁ400+ to a side.... Not really 100% sure what it would cost, but I have heard of a chap who managed to get a custom made manifold for nearly ÂŁ400....
