Can anybody help me?
I have a zs120 turbo diesel on a 05 plate with 22000 on the clock.
The last few days with the warm weather I have noticed that the bite on the clutch has been varying to the extent that first, second and reverse gears are differcult to engange, continue driving and the gears can be got then a few more miles it happens again .
First thing in the morning while its not so warmm everthing is ok.
This also happened when we had the snow in late February

Clutch Probs

I've Had This Problem Twice Before On My 110.
1st Time Was The Plastic Clutch Lifter Arm On Top Of Engine Was Flexing With Heat. Eventually Snapped In Middle Of Rush Hour Traffic. This Was Replaced With An Updated Metal Part.
2nd Time Was Cluch Master And Slave Cylinders Which Were Replaced With Updated Parts. Going From Foward To Reverse Gear Was A No Go Area Without Stopping For 10-15 Seconds. Also Excess Pedal Travel Due To Air In System ( They Cannot Be Bled For Some Bizzar Reason ).
Clutch Cylinders Were A Common Fault On Mk1 180's And My 110 Apparently.
