how much to pay for the big ZS spoiler? and where would i get it from?

Also would the rear bumper & boot from a mk2 ZS fit to a rover 400?

1 ) ebay is a good place to start
2 ) yes the zs boot lid and bumper will fit a ZS. Although not 100% sure body has not been changed.
