Hi everyone,

Need some help with fitting zr body kit. For the side skirts I know I need the brackets and some good old tiger seal. But what about the front and rear bumper parts?

On the front bumper theres a black plastic but underneath, does that need to be removed and then tiger seal the zr bit in place?

And for the rear bumper theres already a bottom part to the bumper by the exhaust. Um..... come on math describe it tidy!!

Right on the rear bumper theres a line at the bottom that goes across just above the exhaust:

Is that detachable or something cause I dont see how to put the rear zr bit on the back bumper with tiger seal thats all lol

Have a look at my build thread in my signature. Fitting the ZR kit is a pain. The sideskirts are the easiest. The rear is the next. I fitted it using tiger seal and a few hidden self-tappers. It's just fiddley and takes two people and goes over the existing bumper. The front is the worst as the shape is not that close to the shape of the 200. It requires some 'bodging', seal and time. My front also secured to the three bolts underneath (tray area) at the front as a guide, which is what I think you are referring to. Then bend the rest of it into shape. Good luck.
