Well dont go for budget ones like I did, Nankang crap or something like that, yes they were only £50 a corner, but you really do get what you pay for. They squeal like stuck pigs when even attempting a bend at other than normal speed and I dont even bother when its slightly wet!
I'd go for the Continental Sport Contacts II, I had them on the car when I bought it. When I needed new tyres I got quotes on them at about £110 a corner, expensive but they really were excellent tyres, especially in the wet.
I've also had Yoko A539's in the past, very good in the dry, not so good in the wet and they seem to wear very quickly.
