Hello to all,

I saw on other threads that a common improvement was to replace the OEM washer nozzles with Xsara parts, so I ordered this model :

It fits perfectly in the original place; unfortunately, the power of the jet is ridiculous and doesn't even reach the windscreen instead of having the fog. I've seen 620 owners get it to work. Have you had this problem?

The nozzles are new but I cleaned them just in case. The weird thing is that the original ones work perfectly well so the circuit must be correct. Does the 600 provide enough pressure to make the Xsara one work ?

I have reinstalled the old ones for the moment but I don't understand why there is hardly anything coming out of the nozzle since its new parts.

I have seen that some people have mounted it on the 600 and it worked perfectly.

When I had a 600 a few years ago, it had a problem with low pressure (with the standard washers) - I discovered the feed pipe from the pump had a split in the section that travels along under the wing. However, I would think you would probably spot the water dripping down should this be the case with yours. I had to unbolt the wing and take it off to replace the damaged section.
Yes, I also had this problem last month. What a pain to take the wing apart!

And indeed, in my case the fluid was coming out between the wing and the bonnet. So I changed this part and it should not be a problem anymore I hope !

I have been thinking of fitting them to my TF and was looking at them on eBay, one seller states beware of cheap copies:oops: Your experience tends to confirm that OE is better.
The seller claimed that they were OEM. So be careful when buying!

Now that the new ones are working I need to find a way to adjust the nozzles so that the spray gets above the wipers xD

The ones that I was looking at were listed as “Xsara mist jets MGF MGTF” or something similar, in the description it also said that they included the essential rubber washers. Since I will fit them before I get the car back on the road and MOT are these washers just used to protect the paint or do they have another function?
They are mainly to protect the paint as you have to remove the old washer's spacers (they will probably break when removed).

They can also be used as a spacer to adjust the height of the spray.

Here are the one i bought (working ones ahah) just in case : 2 Gicleur lave glace buse jet avant pour Citroën C2 C3 C4 C5 Jumpy Saxo Xsara | eBay
