But I've heard that they are pretty good

Lower the car a good few mm

They are best if you dont want a harsh ride but then they only lower around 20mm, depends what you are looking for really, for me they woudn't be low enough but thats just IMO

I got a r25 which i fitted zr springs and struts on,
Jus wanted it a tad lower tho.

 

ZR 160 Struts, X-Power Springs and an OPM Strut Brace, EPIC handling combined with 17's on 205/40/17 tyres.
