I keep seeing Rover 75 mentioned in relation to Nanjing, so, who actually now has the rights to the Rover brand?

Has Nanjing bought it from BMW?

Has Nanjing licensed it from BMW?

Has Nanjing and SAIC come to some arrangement over the use of the brand??

And will a Rover 75 yet roll off the line at L/B again, or will it just be a ZT?

It's all there in the Chinese News threads. As it stands, BMW are no longer looking to sell the brand but to licence it in the same way it was licenced to PVH. Nanjing and SAIC still not speaking. Nobody knows what (other than the TF) will roll-off the lines at LB just yet.
