Looks like it is the heater return hose - not a vacuum hose.
It is the only one not numbered in Clives post above.

 

just had a look at my ZR160 -> it´s number 10 -> i marked the pipe red

 

OK thanks guys that realy does help so is it important or shell i leave it ? for now i mean..

 

i think number 10 and the one lined in red are one unit. leaving it depends on if you are losing water or not? if you are then id change it!!

 

nope no loss of water it just contracts when reving
