Anyone know what phase 2 of the factory development in China will make? Will they be more MG models or Austins or NAC cars?

Now that WOULD be interesting, especially in light of the relative success of other retro pastiches like the MINI, VW Beetle and the Ford GT in their respective segments, and the anticipated success of the equally retro Fiat 500 - a car based on the design of one from much the same era as the Morris Minor.21st century Morris Minor I heard.... :dddc:
Yup, slap it on the R3 floorpan - its the right size. Thinking about it the R3 is even approximately the right shape! Now that WOULD be interesting, especially in light of the relative success of other retro pastiches like the MINI, VW Beetle and the Ford GT in their respective segments, and the anticipated success of the equally retro Fiat 500 - a car based on the design of one from much the same era as the Morris Minor.

Phase 1 - Collect Underpants.
Phase 3 - Massive Profits.
"But what is Phase 2?"
The Minor ended production in 1971 and hardly a journey goes by without me seeing one on the roads. Don't know how it would do outside the UK though. How many countries is Miss Marple shown in?!The FIAT 500 was not of the same era as the Minor. The Minor was conceived at the end of WW2. The FIAT was launched in 1957, just in time for the postwar Italian boom.
I normally see a Morris Minor Traveller or Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.Where do you drive? Or is there one on your neighbours drive
Lucky to see 1 Minor a year round this way.
Thats cos they get older every dayOld classics do seem to be on the road less these days![]()
In all seriousness I'd say all the ones that take Midsummer Murders...The Minor ended production in 1971 and hardly a journey goes by without me seeing one on the roads. Don't know how it would do outside the UK though. How many countries is Miss Marple shown in?!
