A working tractor beam might be a mod too far even for you?

 

The tractor beam is only used on track days..

To pull you into the middle of the car during hard cornering

Only trouble is the imperial codes it was supplied with are now out of date..

As its cast alloy it'll be cold in winter.. So I've ordered something else for colder times

 

My shiny knob is cold in the winter, but it's never really bothered me and I've done nearly 1200 miles this year, that's 50% more than the year before!!!

I'm sorting a custom plastic knob.. For colder days/nights

 

I don't have any problems with my knob getting cold; in fact the opposite. On particularly sunny days when I first get in the car its too hot to handle so I put a sock on it.

 

My initial reaction when I saw this was "Why isn't Ceege the author of this post!?"

How do you get the regular TF knob off? Does it pull or screw or... something else?

 

Having a bit of a knob deliema really not sure what sort to go for

The storm trooper helmet looks yellow ish in real life.

I want crisp clean white. So custom paint job in order..

 

Spent 40 mins last night de-greasing and sanding.. Before panel wiping and priming..

This will only have one coat primer.. Will sand it back with some 800 later.. Then 3 coats of hi gloss white to match the car

Then I'll add the detail back in..
