Ive just waxed my Rover 200 and although the shine is good, it has alot of smears on it and where there is little chips, this has made them stand out and is impossible to get rid off.
Would white spirits be a good idea?

i would'ent use white sprit mate! the best car wax you can buy is mothers scratch remover you dont c it shops round here its inported from america its about 10£ a botle you can get it off the web! it can be used on any paint it takes away the stone chips and minor scratchs its the dogs.

I knew I should of re-worded the title!

I have a Tcut metallic scratch rmeover, but it says I have to touch up the paint afterwards!

Do you need to touch up this american stuff?
