Hello,

Just something I read on another site got me thinking...

When you drive an Impreza, and you see another Impreza driver, they wave at you and you wave back...

This has not happened to me while driving the ZT, but I haven't seen many other Z cars...

So come on people, if you see another Z car, wave... Who knows, the other person might be me and I'll wave back!! (Providing of course that I'm going slow enough to see you.. ;-))

Us 200 BRM owners give each other a wave and a flash (of lights!)on the rare occasions we pass one another,i saw 2 last wednesday, both waved and flashed. We are pretty exclusive!!.I used to wave at 75 drivers back when they were rare, they slowed down thinking there was a speed trap ahead,oh well,i tried!!.:D :D :D :D

Wave to other Z owners!

Nick said on 11/12/01 - So come on people, if you see another Z car, wave... Who knows, the other person might be me and I'll wave back!!

I went to the West Somerset Coast today [just an excuse for a good blast across Exmoor!] and passed three other Z cars. One ZT-T in Zircon[Beeped and waved], a ZS180 in the Petrol Station in Minehead [Thumbs up] and another blue ZR [Flash of lights and wave]

So the message must be getting across!

Somehow makes you proud to be driving a MG Z!

I can't believe these people who say they haven't seen many MG Z's - there are loads about - if you look:eyes

Can R25 drivers wave at ZR drivers? - Z range wasn't out when I bought my 25 early this year. When I had my Spitfire (Triumph not aeroplane) I was always flashing!!! lol

Dave, I've found that some parts of the UK have more Z cars than others, eg. around my normal route to work in Birmingham, I see a couple a week? Same things with F's. If I drive the other side of birmingham I see loads of them! It depends on how affulent the area is I think.

Saw a very nice Solar Red ZTT a few days back, very nice. I even waved but got blanked :(

Yes- some people just don't want to join the club I guess!

The ZT-T (and ZT) can look very striking and imposing in a simple base colour as Solar Red.

All of the ZT & ZT-T models we have sold have been either Trophy Blue (yawn!) or Zircon - these are the most popular colours it seems.

ZS & ZR's seem to fly out in Trophy Blue - especially the ZS180 - with that spoiler, in blue, it makes the car very Subaru-esque!
:red: - which can't be a bad thing.
