Water loss problem

I noticed the other day when i was checking my oil etc that my water bottle was almost empty so i topped it up and carried on as normal then the next day it was low again.
I cant find any leaks anywhere.
I have been advised to get a new bottle cap to see if thats the problem and also the hose from the rad that goes back to the bottle is looking abit crap so one of them is on the way too.
Failing that what else could it be if the cap and new hose does not fix the problem?
