Will a vvc head go onto my pre 95 1.4 k series as my scrapy has got one with slump damage. If its will do I need to change the ECU because of the larger valves?

yes it wuld but you'd need to convert it to solid cams as your ecu and engine cannot accept or control the vvc mehcanism

not an easy job as there is much more to do than that

No it will not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The larger valves in the VVC will clash with the cylinder liners on the 1.4.

1.6 or 1.8 is the requirement for the VVC head to fit.
