No, It won't fit because the VVC valves are bigger and will hit the top of the liners. You can modify the top of the liners to provide clearance but its alot of work and just not worth it. Also you will need a new inlet cam with the larger bearings to fit the VVC head, and with the VVC blanking plates it all adds up to a lot of money. Add that to the cost of a decent VVC head, and you could probably transplant the whole VVC engine for not much more money.
You could probably get someone like Dave Andrews to port your existing head for less money, and it would provide better results as well.
