Hi everyone,

Moving forward, just wanted to let you guys know that for any inquiries or information on trader/vendor subscriptions, payments, accounts, and renewals, please send an email to [email protected]. The rep will get in touch with you and provide you with all the information you need, answer your questions about your account, and can set you up on the site as well. The trader payment options under the available subscriptions on the site are unfortunately no longer available through the site to avoid any confusion.

If you sent an email and have yet to hear back, please feel free to send me a private message (PM) here anytime and I'll follow up for you personally as well and make sure you get contacted.

I paid you £240 by Paypal on the 23rd Jan and despite the help of mods, yourself and Mike James, I have precisely nowhere in getting listed as a trader and sponsor.
I am therefore severing all ties with MGRover.org and have removed links to the forum from my website after 7years.
I have logged a dispute over this with Paypal so you should be receiving a copy soon, although most coms seems to disappear down a black hole before reaching sales.
I would appreciate prompt refund of my payment.
There are plenty of other forums who will be glad of my support.

Ron, I'm sorry that you feel that way, but the problem is down to the fact that £240 is the cost for forum sponsorship, which technically you don't have any more as its your own forum, what you should be paying is the full trader sub.

Mike emailed me about this yesterday to clear up a few points he was confused on, so I'm sure he'll get back to you ASAP.

Hi Steve,
I've been refunded the £240, but this doesn't excuse the lack of contact since I paid them on 23rd so no-one has said this was not the correct amount. (I don't recall paying you more than this in past years)

I don't know where we go from here - after the malware problem on thursday and hassle over my subs, I have lost confidence in both forum sales and admin.
