Okay here goes you all know by now that I have a big bore and induction kit.

I now want to add more to it both to improve the performance and the ride, so I'm trying to think what to do...

I'll be on a budget of about £500 and I want a basic lowering kit (about 30-40mm drop) I'd also like a strut brace can they be got for the 416/45/ZS?

I'd also like a couple of performance goodies mainly larger diameter throttlebody etc, I've spotted a 56mm on ebay at about £50 I believe that has been modified (smoother trumpet etc) and possibly a power boost valve what do they do and how much are they?

Basically I want to know where to get them and for how much?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Stay away from the power boost valve. they are snake oil. They only work on cars which actually need more fuel - i.e. 500bhp+ if im not wrong. I could be though. I just know they're rubbish.

And you should get a 52mm throttle body - the 56 is proven to be rubbish. Many other people will also back up this claim.

Exhaust is a universal, so will actually be ******* up back pressure....the K series likes a bit of BP, it expects it...
Secondly, open cones suffer from heat soak, so you loose power rather then gain.
Plus, they both make your car sound like a dick.
Decent dampers and springs, and some better tyres will do wonders for handling. Leave the bolt on tat alone.
