Hi all bought an old rover testbook years ago think it's about version 2 or maybe 3 been stored away for few years got it out today switched it on but won't go to welcome screen it says cmos battery failed floppy drive a failure and press f1 for setup or esc to boot but no keyboard to do this does any know about these any help would be appreciated thanks rob.

If this is a laptop on top of the T4 errors you have are from the laptop. Laptop itself needs change of the internal battery for CMOS. If you are not familiar with laptops, then you will need to take it to someone else who can chabge that battery for CMOS.
I hope you will be able to bring data to CMOS and boot your laptop as youmshould. If not youmwill need to ask to setup CMOS as well.

Thank you roverlike it's the testbook model where you can remove the screen its hinged on side of testbook as I don't know anything about these do you know any rover members in the midlands that could look at it thanks robrov.
