Anyone know how or where to get the above?

Otherwise try your local rover garrage

Anybody can buy a T4 or an emulation of it, quite legally.

Omitec are the manufacturers.

Found an old TestBook on fleabay - now that could be a good buy, at the right price.

Just as it is quite legal to buy a Rave CD (as long as you buy an original one from MGR or a dealer)
