Seat belt warnings - are there any?

No its not..all works on my 2022 HS
So should work on yours..
Set it up in settings..under..warnings
or visit your dealer.they will do it for you
btw..still havnt got my dab fixed yet.

Thanks Truckyboy - will try that tomorrow. Is that in 'vehicle' or 'settings' I remember seeing lots of options re bleeps etc but I have not changed anything myself
Have only had it a month but nobody at dealer seems to help!

dealers are useless they don’t have a clue not saying all of them but most are good news on my side though my car got taken by a different dealership on Wednesday instead of waiting till the 31st July so hope it won’t be long till I get it back don’t think I went into settings mine was already set up is there even a setting for that ?

I would think it would already be on when manufactured. I have just manged to get thru to my dealer's service department and the main man on MG told me this:
A red light with a seatbelt sign should show on the dashboard but try it on a quiet road without belt on as sometimes it might take a minute to activate!
It is a nice motor when I drive it and I do little miles but my Kadjar (top of range) was not so fiddley. Oh...regrets!

My mg hs..us brilliant..a pleasure to drive..well made..well nice..yes any new car will get issues..mg is no different..even without dab..i get round that..by putting my music on a usb stick good luck everyone..

Take your point - in many respects it is great - looks good and big car for money (wife is disabled)

yeh it is a great car I love it I got a bit angry with her for her faults but I miss driving her can’t wait till she fixed and parked back out side

Dealer told me to drive off without seat belt on as sometimes it takes a while to notify with the sound and sure - after hitting about 10 mph speed the warning appeared on the dash along with the chime.
I was too impatient!

You sure were...i have an H.S. 2022 registration..everything works as it should..no faults so far. 🤗

Yes - I have got everything working now and I have to admit it is quite a nice car!
