I have been offerred a new unregistered cdti connaisseur with only 30 miles on the clock, what would be a fair price to pay now that rover is sadly no more.Also how would i go about registering it , and would i have to pay vat?

Prices are still a little fluid for unregistered stock - very much down to model and options.

As for VAT etc, yes you will have to pay these as the vehicle would be classified as new. Mr Blair and Mr Brown want your money any way they can get it.

Lastly, the car is at a dealer? Then they would register it for you.

IIRC the deal was that for a dealer to sell an unregistered MGR product then a 2 year warranty has to be included in the OTR price.

also what would i need from the seller to register it?
