hi guys

finished most of the work needed on my rover
just a few patches here and there and the rear shock replacements

can anyone help dumb down the swap?
i read the haynes manual and i understand very little, same as my dad
if pictures could be added as well

also im looking for a full set of coils
i think the car was lowered before i had it and the roads are quite hilly and low cars wont do most of the time also i dont know if its a cheap mod (quite probably as that often happens here) or a proper mod.

im sure theres good stock parts on rimmer bros but im wondering if theres better quality springs anywhere else

to replace the rear shocks, undo the bottom shock bolt, push the rear seats down and remove the trim covering the shock covers, and undo the last 2 bolts, takes 15 mins a side
