Hello everyone,

I have a Rover 220SDi diesel ( 85hp) with a damaged engine and I have a very low milage rover 25 diesel engine I wish to fit to the car. As you know the 25 engine has a drive by wire electronic injector pump and an intercooler and higher pressure turbo and deeper recessed injectors I beleive.

Am I best changing over the injection system from the old engine but can I still use the intercooler assembly which I have including inlet manifold and can the old pump work ok with the new injectors or will I need to fit the old ones, any other help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks

gonna be a hard swap from a non intercooled SD to an intercooled R25 engine, you're basically gonna need the entire wiring harness from the R25.

to do what you're wanting i have no idea

Hey

It's esay to put the intercooler on, I can talk you through it :).

You'll have to modify the throttle cable though, but it's easy enough.
