Well my lovely green 214 has decided to throw its windows out of its runners, at least this is what I think has happened. Is this an easy job to attempt to repair meself or is it one best left to the experts. Repaired an old peugoet window years ago and remember lots of swearing and skinned knuckles!!
Anything I can do to prevent it happening again? Know car was standing for a while before I bought it.

Thanks

If you are able to strip this down yourself it will be easy peasy to fix it.
Though you might well need a new glass, once you get it stripped down you may find that one of the brackets on the bottom of the glass has come off.
If this is the case the only proper fix is a new glass - about £60, if not then you will be able to re-assemble just amking sure that everything is free and easy to move.

I had to bodge it back together after mine came out of the runners. Didn't take too long - One of the brackets at the bottom of the window broke, got a new bracket for a quid or so and just epoxied the old glass in. Easy peasy
