I have recently bought a Rover 200 SEi 1.4 (1999 on a T plate)
This might be normal as I have never owned a rover before but when I turn the key in the ignition the car starts very quick and if Im not quick enough I get that sound when the engine is running but your still turning the key. the engine has done 59k which is hardly over the hill and is the 8 Valve one.
As I said this might just be a Rover trate but it just seems odd compaired to other cars I've owned where you probably hold the key in the start position for about a second.......unlike the 0.1 of a second that I have to hold the Rovers ignition.
Any advice would be great. thanks
