just fitted a new engine into my rover 200 r reg engine replacment from y reg, changed the cams over as there was no dizzy on the y reg, all wireing fitted engine will turn over by hand and in gear with a tow but will not turn over with the key, power going to the starter but will not turn engine, starter works ok out of the engine, everything else works have towed the car but just not attempting to start and rev counter does not work but speedo does any ideas please????
