I have just fitted a mk3 Rover 200 dash in my mk2 200. I have also just bought a 4 pin mk3 style clock to fit in the dash, but I am unsure of what each pin does to wire it up. I was hoping as it was four pin the connector would be the same as the clock in my old mk2 loom, but it isn't!

On my old clock two of the pins power the clock, and the other two power the backlight. If anyone can help me with what each one does on the newer clock it'd be much appreciated then I can wire it up easily without wrecking it.

If anyone can send me a new type wiring diagram of if from a haynes manual that would be very useful as I only have the mk2 manual for my car.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks all.

Steve
