I doubt it is the switch that is not working, but more likely to be the resister pack!

Replacing electrical heater switch
Hi All!
My heater fan is not working on speed 1 (2 to 4 are working though)
I've got a new switch here which I would like to change for the old one.
Any ideas if I have to remove the entire dash? Or only the center dash?
