well as some of you may knoow i got hold of some ZR TD shocks for my car as mine were knackered and had more jump than a kangaroo.....

well got delivered today and set about changing springs and shocks over from my car.

the rears were nearly hitch free bar the cracked thread on one of thte top bolts meaning i coulnt get the old spring off. (re tapped this once off and now is ok)

however the front shocks on the car, the lower holding bolt is siezed solid and the head is rounded. :( booo looks like i may have to take it to a garage tomorow to get them to do it :(

ideas please people?!

What sort of socket are you using on the bolt, hex or 12 point?
These bolts are usually well seized on, but I find them no trouble at all using a 3 foot breaker bar.

If you are using a 12 point then try a hex socket and make sure it's a decent quality socket, something like the likes of draper. Cheap sockets almost always round stiff nuts off.

WD40 the bolts first then find something to use as a breaker bar and a hex socket.
